Welcome to Jungle´s Gym Fitness & Aerobics. Ours is a family-owned business serving the exercise needs of the Northern Virginia area.
Our philosophy is simple. When you visit any of our current three locations, you will be greeted with a warm and friendly face and atmosphere wherein we have plenty of room and machines for everyone. We also provide trained professionals who will guide you through the entire process, from selecting the right membership plan to teaching you the proper exercise program that matches your specific needs and desires.

Kingstowne Facility
This is our first facility built in late 1995. Back then there was no Wal-Mart, no Kingstowne Shopping Center, not even a gas station!
Our Kingstowne facility boasts over 60 cardiovascular machines and hundreds more weight machines and free weights. We have treadmills, upright and recumbant bikes, ellipticals, crosstrainers, steppers, a stairclimber, and even rowing. Tune your walkman into our televisions and let time pass unnoticed while you burn calories and exercise your heart.
Join us for a class such as Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, Resist-a-Ball, and much more. All of these classes are included with your membership and do not cost extra to attend.
Hey moms and dads! Bring us your children while you take care of yourself for a change. Babysitting Services are only $2.00 per child per visit. No reservations needed. We are always fully staffed mostly with moms just like you, most of whom have been with us for over 5 years.
Other features include saunas, tanning, nutrition bars and drinks, and our own line of Jungle´s Gym clothing.
By the way, cleanliness goes without saying!
At Kingstowne, we have successfully created a neighborly environment where you can reach you goals and enjoy doing it!
Our Burke facility opened in January 1999. We were proud to take what we so carefully accomplished in Kingstowne and provide the same environment and services to the Burke/Fairfax Station/West Springfield communities.
One nice addition here are the solid wood lockers.
In 2002, we began our biggest endeavor yet, in Old Town Alexandria. We call this our Eisenhower location. Imagine a gym almost twice the size of the other two. Picture our NBA regulation-size basketball court, fully enclosed so not a single bouncing ball can be heard from outside its glass walls.
You almost need binoculars to see to the back of the cardio section!
Come during lunchtime and grab a mid-day Cycling class to get you successfully through the rest of your work day.
